Welcome to the Heart of America Relocation Council’s (HARC) website. 

It is your gateway to learning about our organization, managing your membership, and staying up to date on what is happening in the world of global mobility

Our Purpose

Recognized as a regional group by Worldwide ERC, HARC is a forum for relocation professionals.  It seeks to always provide a dynamic learning environment form which one can obtain practical and applicable knowledge and skills to enhance one’s job performance

Our Members

The membership is comprised of Corporate Professionals who manage relocation programs for their companies, as well as Service Providers, who partner, support and sustain the relocation policy of employees provided by those companies worldwide.  All service members must have full time positions in the field of relocation.

We enforce a strict policy of non-solicitation.  However, HARC is dedicated to sharing ideas and creating solutions through networking that will promote equitable relocation policies and enhance professional relationships.

Our Mission

HARC works diligently to provide quality forums to educate individuals as well as help them network and develop partnerships and contacts as they grow their career.
